Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original box with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
